What are my options to build a Sea Hawk Home.
Sea Hawk homes offers different options to build your new home. 1. OPTION “A” This home is for the builder contractor with the necessary skills and knowledge to complete the project. Sea Hawk will take you through the design and order process, You will have your foundation ready for when the modular home arrives to be dropped off and lower the modules into place. Then the rest is up to you the buyer to take over and complete all the remaining work to complete the project. 2. OPTION “A” CARPENTRY FINISH This home is when Sea Hawk’s Carpenters finish all the necessary finishing work to complete the home, such as : making any necessary adjustment such as levelling that may be required, roof work, overhangs, opening inside, installing stairs and completing exterior siding, etc. 3. OPTION “B” This is a Turnkey home . The modular home is complete for you including the foundation.
Can you build from my plans?
We can custom build from most plans. Sea Hawk offers complete design flexibility and customization. All phases of design, plans and engineering are included in Sea Hawk pricing.
How much does a Sea Hawk Home cost? Does Sea Hawk Homes have a price list?

How much finishing can I do?
You can be your own general contractor for the finishing touches or Sea Hawk Homes can complete the home for you. The client can choose the amount of finishing they want to do.
Where can I build a Sea Hawk home?
Sea Hawk is building new homes for clients throughout Ontario (North, South, East & West), and in most areas of Eastern and Western Quebec.
What about delivery and installation?
Delivery, shipping and installation are all included in the price. No hidden surprises.
What about project management?
We offer to each purchaser our “Sea Hawk Limited Project Management Program” at no extra charge. This program includes all site inspections and much more. For more information talk to your Sea Hawk consultant.
